The Innovation and Research building was a new 3 storey building providing the college with state of the art science and research labs, classrooms, lecture theatres and product testing facilities on the main Carlow I.T. campus.

Mount Wolseley Hotel is a new build hotel with 120 bedrooms, leisure centre, function/ meeting rooms, ball rooms, kitchens and bars.

St. Luke’s Hospital is a new 3 storey extension to the existing hospital. The extension comprised of a new Emergency Services Unit, Day Services Unit, Education and Training Unit, Oncology Unit, Hepatology Unit and Isolation Suites and link corridor to the existing hospital.

Little Sisters of the Poor involved renovation and alterations to the existing building. The building was kept in use at all times.

Kilkenny Courthouse was a 3 storey extension to the existing protected structure providing new offices, IT facilities, judge’s chambers and prison cells. The protected structure itself and its courtrooms got a complete refurbishment of all services.

Thomastown National School is a new build 14 classroom GRD school with assembly hall and offices.

Newpark School is a new build 2 storey school with 50 classrooms, meeting rooms, assembly hall and kitchen, refurbishment of existing sports centre/swimming pool and refurbishment of the existing SNU building.
