St. John the Baptist Church consisted of the strip out of the existing cast iron pipework throughout the church and removal of the old oil fired boiler from the basement boiler house. The Boiler House was fitted with a new gas fired boiler, a new improved BMS Control Panel and energy efficient Fan Coil Radiators throughout the church.

The existing heating trench was utilized across the front of the alter and Fan Coil Radiators were customised to fit below the existing cast iron grating to bring a modern heating solution to an old building without comprising the old world architecture these churches are famous for.
