The North Star Hotel Project consisted of constructing an additional 72 bedrooms to the existing hotel with each room having Air Conditioning, Extract Ventilation, Water Services, Soils and Waste Drainage.

The installation of 24m2 of Tube Solar Panels on the existing roof made the hotel a lot more energy efficient and modifying the existing plant room to allowed for the renewable solar energy to supply hot water to not only the new 72 bedroom extension but also the existing 130 bedrooms.
