St. Luke’s Hospital is a new 3 storey extension to the existing hospital. The extension comprised of a new Emergency Services Unit, Day Services Unit, Education and Training Unit, Oncology Unit, Hepatology Unit and Isolation Suites and link corridor to the existing hospital.

Mechanical Services installation consisted of the complete installation of Water Services, Soils and Waste Drainage, Gas Services, LPHW Heating including both radiators and radiant panels, Medical Gases, Ventilation consisting of Air Handling Units, localised extract systems, Fan Coil Units and Air Conditioning, Chilled Water Services, refurbishment of the existing boiler house, a new state of art roof top Plant Room, M&E Coordination and BMS Controls.
