Presentation Secondary School was a new 40 classroom school built beside the old building, which was demolished upon completion of works. Works were carried out on a live campus.

Mechanical services installation consisted of the complete installation of water services, soils and waste drainage, gas, lphw heating, heat recovery ventilation, air conditioning, M&E coordination, strip of existing school before demolition and BMS controls. The existing sports hall was installed with new gas fired heaters at high level.
