Leeson Lane Nurses Building consisted of the decommissioning and strip out of all existing services from the basement and 5 floors of the existing building and installation of new Plant Room, Soils and Waste Drainage, Water Services, LPHW heating including 160 radiators, Ventilation consisting of 2no. Heat recovery units installed in the attic space, localised extact systems and Air Conditioning units, M&E Coordination and BMS Controls to the now modern office spaces housed in this old style building.
