Ayrfield medical was new build project consisting of one 3 storey building and one 4 storey building. Facilities provided by these buildings included a pharmacy, dental practice, doctor’s lounges, coffee shop and healthcare clinics.

Mechanical services provided consisted of the complete installation of water services, soils and waste drainage, gas, lphw heating, air handling units and ventilation, air conditioning, solar heating, M&E coordination and BMS controls.
