The Innovation and Research building was a new 3 storey building providing the college with state of the art science and research labs, classrooms, lecture theatres and product testing facilities on the main Carlow I.T. campus.

Mechanical services provided consisted of the complete installation of Water Services, Soils and Waste Drainage, Gas, Lphw Heating, Air Handling Units and Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Cold Storage Rooms, M&E Coordination and BMS Controls.
