Little Sisters of the Poor involved renovation and alterations to the existing building. The building was kept in use at all times. Mechanical services installation consisted of the installation of water services, soils and waste drainage, gas, lphw heating, ventilation, air conditioning, strip out of existing services, M&E coordination and BMS controls.
